1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the king931 platform – including the website, live casino, sportsbook, and slot games – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the king931 platform. Continued use of king931 following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

king931 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) king931 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you.

king931 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing the first withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the king931 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, and bank transfer. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at king931's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or as otherwise specified on the deposit page at time of transaction).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method-specific limits.
• king931 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where deposits and wagering activity trigger fraud or money-laundering risk indicators.
• king931 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, including banks or eWallet service providers.
• Deposits made using funds that do not belong to the account holder are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

king931 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. The specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all king931 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings remain non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• king931 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of software errors will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• Where a member withdraws funds before completing wagering requirements, king931 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

6. Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. king931 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds caused by manifest error or technical malfunction.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits king931's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of king931.

10. Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree to the amendments, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
